Cornelison Named Vice President and Canton City Executive
Community Bank & Trust announced that Darrek H. Cornelison has been named vice president and city executive for Canton, Ga.
Cornelison has more than 30 years of experience in the banking industry and has worked in various positions including loan officer and branch manager.
“Community Bank & Trust brought back the excitement of banking,” said Cornelison. “I am able to do big things for my customers without losing sight of who they are.”
Cornelison attended Reinhardt College and Kennesaw State University, where he majored in business.
Cornelison is an active member of the Cherokee County Chamber of Commerce.
A native of Ball Ground, Ga., Cornelison is the son of Linda Cornelison and the late Gene W. Cornelison. He is married to Carla Satterfield and they have two children, Brady and Bailey. He is also a professional southern gospel singer, together with his daughter.
