Mobile Banking
Mobile Banking gives you total freedom to access your accounts when and where you want. You can monitor account balances, view detailed information on transactions, transfer funds from one CBT account to another, or locate the nearest ATM or branch location!
How Do I Enroll?
- Log in to Online Banking (if you are not currently enrolled in Online Banking, Enroll Now)
- Click on the Customer Service tab, then Account Services.
- Scroll down to the Mobile Banking enrollment section and click Edit.
- Complete the required fields, read the disclosures, and click Submit.
How Does It Work?
You will log in to Mobile Banking using your Online Banking Access ID, Mobile Banking PIN, and One Time Password. Mobile Banking provides a high level of security by requiring a Mobile Banking PIN (chosen by you during enrollment) and a One Time Password (OTP) that changes every time you log in.
Once you have successfully enrolled in Mobile Banking, we will send you an email or text message (depending on what you choose during enrollment), with your One Time Password (OTP) and a hyperlink containing the OTP to log into Mobile Banking. If your mobile device cannot utilize a link from a SMS (text) message directly, you will need to navigate to the CBT website and manually enter the OTP provided in the SMS (text) message.
Each time you logout of Mobile Banking, you will receive an email or SMS (text) message with a new unique OTP. This OTP will be required for your next login for Mobile Banking. If at any time you are unable to locate the last email or SMS (text) message containing the valid OTP for login, you may send a request for a new OTP from the Mobile Banking login page.
Please note: You have the option to receive your OTP either by text message or email. Receiving the OTP via text message is the fastest way. Although there is not a charge from CBT, standard text messaging and other rates from your wireless provider still apply.
