Community Bank & Trust will never send you an email or call you requesting personal account information (e.g. Social Security Number, account number, password or personal identification number [PIN]).

If you receive an email or phone call claiming to be from us requesting any personal information, DO NOT respond to the request and DO NOT click on any links within the email. You may call us at 1.888.847.2265 and/or forward the email to [email protected] to report the incident.

In addition to our security features, Community Bank & Trust recommends that customers:

1. Keep IDs and passwords confidential
2. Use passwords that include letters and numbers that are not easily discernible (do not use birthdays, child’s name, etc.)
3. Change passwords frequently
4. Use different passwords for each online service

If you don’t recognize a transaction or suspect fraudulent activity on your account, please call our Customer Care Center at 1.888.847.2265 immediately.
