The webinar will describe specific tools and strategies to utilize with clients to help them act according to their values regardless of their mood state. Experiential exercises and interventions covered will include self as context, mindfulness, behavioral activation/deactivation, mood tracking, values clarification, defusion, and emotion exposure.
